All eligible returns must be unworn and in their original sterile, sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details so we can resolve the issue.

These labrets are compatible with threadless/push-fit ends only and will not work with internally threaded jewellery pieces.

Diameter of backing disk is 4mm as a standard size, if bought alongside an attachment that would require a different size for counter balance, we will adjust accordingly.
