Returns

By placing an order with Bold & Gold Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

 

Under EU and UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel or return most online orders within 14 days of receiving their items. However, this right does not apply to certain products.

Due to the hygienic nature of our jewellery and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fine body jewellery or other items intended for pierced wear if they have been opened, unsealed, or worn. 

All eligible items must remain in their original sterile, sealed packaging. Once this seal has been broken, the item is non-refundable for health and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

For eligible returns (where legally applicable), items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including intact sterile sealed packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
