Shipping policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies, terms, and conditions.
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched once per week, with shipments sent every Wednesday unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked, signed-for, and insured for all orders to ensure a secure and reliable shipping experience.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor its progress.
Responsibility for the parcel remains with us until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue.
In the event of loss or damage in transit, we will raise a claim with Royal Mail in line with their policies. Resolutions, including replacements or refunds, will be handled once the claim process has been reviewed and accepted.
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or for items marked as delivered by Royal Mail.
Collection
We also offer a studio collection option. Orders can be collected in person from our studio, which is open Wednesday through Sunday during business hours.
Once an order has been collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.
