Due to the hygienic nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items intended for pierced wear if they have been opened, unsealed, or worn.

All eligible returns must be unworn and in their original sterile, sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details so we can resolve the issue.
